so lets know about rag picker first this word refers to the person who picks anything which is useless discarded items that someone discards from one’s home and this person [ who is a rag picker ] helps the person to get rid of the waste by picking it from the person’s home or streets ,if you have ever been to india and china you must have seen someone carring a bag on the back  picking rags up from here and there and put the waste in the bag . this type of person is called a rag picker .
