  • think it refers to the condition where you have something to do but you try to figure out how to do it and it is completely based on guessing this whole process is called , thinking 
  • perception it is the same thing as the think is used but there is a slight difference that is your point of view of doing somthing for thinking there is no point of view is concerned you just guess but while you use perception the point of view is concerned perception is based on intuition or instinct that is used to guess but for thinking nothing is concerned 
  • example , i think you are crazy , i am not sure that he is crazy or not i just said it because i saw him doing something crazy but someone says that i can perceive his crazyness that means his intuitions says that he is crazy and he has to be taken to the hospital as soon as possible like i can percieve some smell of rottening something here his nose instinct informs him that something is rotting
