Emerging states while mughal emperors were facing revolt in 18th century (Hyderabad , awadh , bengal )
With the decline in the authority of mughal emperors , large governers and the great zamindars consolidated their positions in the subcontinent ( india ) and through the 18th century the mughal empire began to fragment into small regional states and these states can be devided into three overlapping regional states 1 states that were old mughal provinces like Hyderabad, bengal and awadh extremely powerful and quite independent the rulers of these states did not breaktheir ties with the mughal emperors 2 states that had enjoyed the absolute independent from the mughal emperors amongst these were Rajput principalities 3 states that included under these , Marathas ,sikhs and others like jats they gained their independence after a long drawn armed struggle
......... States that were carved out of old mughal provinces in the eighteenth century were Hyderabad bengal and awadh and played a very important roll while mughal empire was crumbling
There rolls can be seen below
Hyderabad
Nizam ul mulk asaf jah the founder of Hyderabad (1724 - 1748) was one of the most influencial members at the court of the mughal emperor farrukh siyad he was entrusted first with the governorship of awadh and later given the charge of the deccon As the mughal governor of the deccon province during the 18th century nizam ul mulk asaf jah had already gained control over political and financial administration of the province in 1720 - 1722 and taking the subsequent advantages of turmoil in the deccan and competition amongst the nobility at the mughal court he granted jagirs to the subedars although he was still a servant of mughal emperor and mughals merely confirmed any decision taken by the nawab and did things without facing any interference and enjoyed freedom from the mughals he gathered power in his hand and became ruler of that region

Burhan ul mula sa'adat khan was appointed governor of awadh in 1722 and founded a state which emerged out of the break up of mughal empire awadh was a prosperous state controlling the rich alluvial ganga plain and a very important trade route between north india and bangal
Sa'adat khan began to decrease the influence of mighal by reducing the number of office holders appointed by mughals and appointed his trusted people to vacant position and reduced sizes of jagirs and seize some rajput jagirs and rechecked the account of zamindars and reassessed the revenue account to prevent cheating by his appointed officers
