Reasons why a subcontinent like india is not developing with a huge menpower


 In current scenario due to pandemic , covid19 , indian government has lost its focus to govern the subcontinent by the law and order and regulate peace and justice but those who are in the indian security and administrative services are taking an advantage by abusing their power against innocent people as the pandemic is becoming worse on the other hand in every part of the world . in the pandemic there are many crimes have been committed and in order to tackle it and maintain law and order and justice . they did nothing in this regards they have released a lot of money to ease the condition of poor people or people who live on daily wages but those who work in indian administration they are poorer then those who work on daily wages that is why any amount is sanctioned to help this group they keep a huge amount from it and give out as small as nothing to the public 

There are a lot of weakness has been seen and you wouldn't believe it if i tell you so because those are real facts 

First - till now we have a lot of politicians and administrators who got power to run the country and takes important decisions are not well educated if anyhow anyone got to get there . the person gets assassinated by the opposite side for not letting them use revenue money which has been sanctioned to eradicate poverty and increase in the growth of education percentage . still it's 51 percent of educated people out of 100 in india 

Second - lack of interest of public in choosing a right representatives , india is a country consists of diverge casts , creed and religions. Rather then choosing a right representative to govern the country correctly, they fall to these facts and choose their representative as per their religion , cast  that complicates the condition of every part of the subcontinent accordingly that is why india has become a unique subcontinent of asia where religion decides the course of future of india. Its the main cause of riot which often breaks out in many states of india which had took place in the past And later they blame the representative of the state for not doing their duty properly because a corrupt government supports corrupt administration and corrupt administration couses problem among mass where poor becomes a victim to it if anyone wants an administration to work with honesty. one should choose a right representative of their states and a right representative will choose a right prime minister of india but in order to get this everyone has to break the shackle of cast and religion system based choosing a representative and form oneness and fight against corruption anyone asks you any type of fee where by government is free you should raise your voice and fight against them so that your children will not face those problems what you are facing today because a corrupt government will only support corruption and if you ever see any incident involved corruption  evwn thought you complain against it you wouldn't get positive reply because those who committed that is supported by them 

Third - lack of provision to eradicate corruption and unemployment , its the most important thing for everyone and government should think about it because by launching a corruption bureau to investigate against those who support it , it's not gonna change anything much we must look at the developed countries how these countries became developed because there is no harm it trying which has shown 100% result let me give you some examples , in developed countries education ratio is high and almost from each house one member is under government jobs like in police , hospital , and administrative services to make their relatives aware of their rights and the services which are being offered by government because in those department officials abuse their power and if anyone is in their relation , the entire family can have access to the service and full details of a department . it could help in a great way to eradicate corruption and new opportunities should be created for those members of the family who didn't get these jobs . sponsor those who have not enough money but they are bright in study or in any field because that sponsorship can lead the country forward but still in india to get into any government service without bribeing its not possible and always talented guys suffer  . there are many incidents have taken place in india where officials were cought taking bribe  but i don't know why indian government is still keeping quite and not taking any action towards this against corrupt officials
