A real story and the harsh reality of life , fear of death by law
Before going to abroad you should read it carefully and what precautions should be taken by one while going abroad in pursuit to achieve one's dream .............
Recently i had come across a man who has made his way back to india ( his native country india ) and he is known as kumar he is well educated and has a good and clean family background and he lives in a joint family with his parents and siblings they are seven in his family he is from the capital of india Delhi and completed his graduation from delhi only
Lets begin it
This story begins from the day of his preparation, to trave to Malaysia, to how he got into trouble in Malaysia and his experience in Malaysian prison and what he had done and faced to come out of it successfully as an innocent traveler
His name is kumar ( full name can't be revealed for privacy reasons ) it was 20th of april 2017 when his flight was scheduled for him to travel to Malaysia , Sarawak with one transit in Singapore from delhi igi airport at 10:55pm but by the time he reached the airport it was 10:15 pm so he missed the flight first there and later he was escorted out by the airline staff and then he straight went to his African friend's house as he was helping him to get some business contacts there in Malaysia so his friend said no problem I would help you to reschedule your fligh and pay anything would be required to get you boarded on the next flight going to Malaysia so he left his bag there with him because he was telling him to come to his house while he would be going to the igi airport so he thought that why should i carry this bag with me and go home since i have to come here so it was wise to leave it packed here so that i wouldn't need to repack it and when i would start moving to the airport i would get it from this house as there were some negotiation had to be done so i went home without the bag and i rescheduled it which was costing additional 300$ and this amount was paid by him( his African friend) and when the time of journey came closer he straight went to his African friend's house and discussed about business opportunity from his contects in malaysia and then he picked his beg from there where his friend informed him about some extra pieces of clothes which were 8 pieces of indian dresses kept inside his bag by his him and there he didn't put any heed to it and headed to airport there his bag was scanned and he put it in checked in luggage service And headed to board the flight once he boarded the flight it took him straight to Singapore where he spent 6 hours in transit after 6 hours spending there he boared the next flight from Singapore to Malaysia and reached Malaysia in a couple of hours there he picked his bag from a moving circular luggage dispenser and headed to exit where his bag was scaned again and there a custom officel intercepted him at the Malaysian airport scanning counter as the scaning person informed to check his bag so he checked his bag at the counter and took out some stuff what was especially put by his African friend into his bag and they felt it was heavier then usual so they took him to a detention room and they had called a group of narcotics department to come and look into the luggage and verify it wether it was any type of drug or not and then they took out one gadget from their bag to confirm it that it was drug or not then they brought out one of the pieces of cloth package and tared it and found a type of substance which was looking like the pieces of glass and then touched the substance by the drug detecting gadget which was placed in the luggage by his Friend and it showed on the screen of the gadget methaphitamin a kind of drug which is banned globally and one officer tried to slap him and then they took the bag and brought him out of the airport and put him into a car following others behind it and took him straight to their office and started taking out everything which were in the bag and made a list of those things and after checking everything from the bag they brought some food for him and gave him to eat around 4 to 5 am then later they took him to court and filed a case against him under 39b section A2 according to Malaysian law it was death sentence if found convicted for the crime which he didn't know at first after Filing a case against him in the court those officials took him to a lock up ( blai rani geeta lockup and detended him there for one week as the court had given them a period of one week to keep him in remand under them and after the period they requested the court to grant them more 7 days to keep him in remand but Court allowed them only five more days in reply of their request . in those 12 days he spent in the lock up he was everyday brought out of the lock up and took to their office by them for any information they could possibly get by using any means , at the beginning he was being treated well but as the time was passing by they were being more and more desperate and frustrated to get a concrete evidence against him and after a couple of days they informed him about the punishment of the crime that they were charging him for , there he got scared and thinking what probably he did wrong that had brought him into this mess and he saw some Malaysian detented guys in the lockup who were arrested for small-small crimes such as pick pockets , fighting with neighbors , drug users etc there he was someone who was under a big crime category and they respected him like he was their boss he was unable to speak Malaysian language so it was a big disadvantage for him but he could speak English that helped him alot . he talked to them understood their stories and also they told him that it's been long that they had heard about anyone hanged for 39b case in which he was too so it was a bit releaf for him which filled his chest with confidence and hope to fight untill he was free from the charge and kumar was from a hindu family but believed in Christ but he saw those Muslim guys praying so he followed them and prayed like Muslims to the god on the other hand he was being investigated by the officials and their higher officials and his statement was taken and in a hospitals his blood was taken as sample this happened as long as he was in the lockup remand under them after 12 days he was taken to a prison ( punjara punchak bornio ) at the gate of the prison entrance he was asked to remove his all cloths and be naked and he did so then they brought one metal detecting machine to check whether he was carrying anything that is made of metal but they found nothing and told him how to behave in the prison after checking him out at the gate by the prison official he was escorted to RO ( record office ) for his registration where his pictures and fingers print Were taken and then those officials who brought him from the lockup to prison were asked to go back and one Warden took him inside where all prisoners were kept and then the official put him inside cell number 8 where he saw 7 others people in the cell and the room was not that big he saw there were some mattress he thought that those materials were provided by the prison authority to sleep on it at night but when the night came those who were in the possession of that they unfolded it and started sleeping on it he was surprising for him . now his question was , what to do now then he saw some books he used them as pillow and then slept there. there were other seven people but only one could speak english and for him it was enough to survive almost and later in the morning they rang a bell and it was a signal to wake up because the higher offiials were coming to count all the prisoners and if they found anyone sleeping he would be liable to be punished and even any cell member doesn't wake up all will be punished as the rule was set by authority once the process of counting finished those prisoner who were given work only those guys came out of their cells and they were all found convicted by courr and given an order of imprisonment for a period of time and those who were fighting for their cases in remand remained inside their cells and those prisoners who were released were in charge of distributing water and food to all other prisoners in their cell and cooking food was also their responsibility so everyday it was happening as a dailyr outine once they were through with the distribution of the breakfast then they were allowed to sit and relax till the time of lunch . there was only a means for entertainment and it was a tv with 2 Malay channels and it was in the middle of the gallery and those cells were divided into its letf and right side and it was a long gallery and these cells which were far from the tv it was very hard for those prisoners to watch it so it forced them to be inventives and they had been inventing things with the time which they were inventing are like ropes , poker cards , chase with a plastic pack in wich a killo of suger was being provided to those who were buying it from the prison's canteen and doing this was not allowed and if anyone was found doing so would be punished by the officials of the prison , the prisoners who were within the four walls had been going through a rough time there and getting themselves medical assistance for themselves was like climbing the mount everest everything was tough there even getting one time's good meal there was like getting some gold but those who were there for long they were working there like mafia or businessmen . these people were using those prisoners as their carrier who had to go to court for their case proceeding when they were in the court lockup that is located at the basement of the court those who were set to get some intoxic substances and packaged it very well and to they put in inside their anus or swallowed it so that when they get into the prison they could sell it inside there on 10 times of the actual price and there was a deal between a carrier and a businessman that any quantity those carriers bring inside successfully , it would be divided equally between them and that substance could be anything like tobacco , drugs etc prisoners were desperate to do it because this was going to solve their alot of problems in the prison
